Two savannah paths converging into one at golden hour.

Partnerships & coordination

Two paths converging is the whole strategy.

IPI's growth is built around partnership: contributing community access, local legitimacy and conflict-sensitive delivery, while drawing on partners for technical capacity and funding scale.

Coordination

Present in the rooms where decisions are made.

Cluster participation is how a national NGO earns the trust required to deliver at scale — and how the realities of a community reach the people allocating resources.

As a young national organisation, IPI's strategy is deliberately built around partnership. Consortium arrangements let IPI contribute what it holds — community access, local legitimacy and conflict-sensitive delivery in hard-to-reach areas — while drawing on partners for technical capacity and funding scale.

Who we work with

Four kinds of partner, four different reasons.

01

National & international NGOs

Consortium arrangements that combine local access with technical depth and funding capacity.

02

UN agencies & clusters

Active cluster participation across FSL, Nutrition, Health and Protection, with coordination through OCHA and FAO forums.

03

Community-based & faith organisations

The structures that remain when programme cycles end — peace committees, Boma Health Workers, women's savings groups.

04

Government line ministries

Working with local authorities and the Ministry of Health rather than parallel to them.
