IPI Holds Nutrition and Infant Health Campaign at Al Sabah Children's Hospital

On 28 August 2026, Inclusive Path Initiative (IPI) carried out a Nutrition Awareness and Infant Health Promotion Campaign at Al Sabah Children's Hospital in Juba City, Central Equatoria State. The team reached lactating mothers, caregivers and infants who had come to the facility for health services.

The campaign combined practical nutrition education, breastfeeding awareness and malnutrition prevention messages with basic child-health support. By meeting mothers at the point where they were already seeking care, IPI was able to turn a routine hospital visit into an opportunity for learning and direct assistance.

The activities focused on simple, practical messages that mothers and caregivers can apply at home, and were rounded off with the distribution of hygiene and malaria-prevention items to selected vulnerable infants. IPI thanked the mothers, health workers and hospital staff who made the campaign a success.
